Are you new to our neighborhood? 

    Please provide your email and contact information to our Secretary.  On occasion we email reminders and information to all of our neighbors (e.g., annual meeting, spring & fall yard sales, and other information that affect our community).  You will also be invited to a Welcome Reception held every year for new neighbors. While you’re here, please review our By-Laws.
Are you selling your home?
    Please ensure your homeowner’s dues are up to date by contacting our Treasurer.  We are sorry to see you go, but wish you all the best with life’s new adventure.
Are you thinking of buying in Tefft Hill?
    Please contact any one of us with questions, view our By-Laws and connect to other helpful links within our website.  We are a very friendly and welcoming community and have much to offer.
If I want to construct an improvement on my lot (e.g., fence, shed, pool, etc.), who do I contact?
    Please review the Architectural Review Guidelines and contact an ARB member. All improvements must conform to the ARB Guidelines and be approved by the board. Please provide adequate time for a review.
When is my home owner’s association fee due?
    The HOA will send out a notice at the beginning of the year.
What is the current HOA fee?
    The current fee (2013) is $133 per year. The Board has only raised this fee a few times in the 24 year history of our neighborhood. If needed, the Board my increase the dues by 10% in any given year.
What does the fee cover?
    Dues cover the cost of maintaining our common area landscaping, insurance, taxes, improvements to the neighborhood, and other minor expenses.
Can I pay the fee electronically?
    Unfortunately, only checks are accepted for payment via our mailing address.
How do I recoup partial payment if I move before the end of the year?
    Please contact the Treasurer.
How do I find out what areas are considered common areas?
    A map of the neighborhood’s common areas may be obtained from the Town.
Can I use the common areas for personal use if near my personal property?
    Only passive recreation (i.e. walking) and activities allowed by the By-laws is acceptable.
Who do I contact if I have a question about the changes allowed to my property?
    If you have a general concern about the neighborhood, please try to contact the appropriate committee member, officer or board member. Landscaping questions may be directed to our Covenants Committee members.
When are the annual yard sales held?
    Annual neighborhood-wide yard sales are held on the Saturday after Memorial Day and Labor Day from 8AM to noon.
When do the HOA meetings take place?  Where are they held?
    Meetings are regularly held every other month or as needed. The Annual Meeting is generally held late winter/early spring. Please contact the Secretary.
Who do I contact if I have a concern about the neighborhood?
    If you have a general concern about the neighborhood, please try to contact the appropriate committee member, officer or board member. Landscaping questions may be directed to our Covenants Committee members.
Who do I contact if I have a suggestion for our neighborhood?
    General suggestions may be directed to an appropriate committee member, officer, or board member.
How do I become a member of a committee, officer, or board member?
    Homeowners are always welcome at all meetings and participation is also welcome. If you are interested in becoming more active, please contact any of the members of the association leadership and come to our meetings.
