Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes-- February 12, 1998
Monthly Board Meeting
Board members present:
President - Curt Mays
VP- Karen DeBoer
Secretary- Tracy KubrickyThe meeting was called to order at 7:05 by President Curtis Mays.
The minutes from the January meetings were made available by the
secretary. They were approved by the board of directors. The Treasurers report was given. There is $1,419.27 in the checking
account and $31,013.37 in the savings. Ron will investigate CD's and
other checking accounts for a better rate. The board decided $25,000 should be put in a six month CD.
We will be staying with Starkwether & Shepley. The insurance committee will investigate other insurance carriers towards the
end of the year. This years policy is almost $500 less by increasing the
deductible on the policy to $250.
Architectural Review Board
Plans were submitted for a new house to be built on High Meadow. Karen DeBoer will request the homeowners furnish her with the color of the house and landscape plans.
A homeowner sent a request to Bob Cruz to complete work in the open space abutting his property. The letter will be forwarded to Bob for reply.
The police will be placing signs as soon as the road is accepted by the town.
Kingston Water District
Bill Boardman will be sending a letter to the KWD to advise them of the Tefft Hill board of directors position.
Campus Video has requested a drop box be placed in Tefft Hill. The most likely location will be behind the bulletin board at the top of Kings
Ridge. The information will be put in the Spring newsletter. The board will vote on the issue during the May or June meeting.
The next meeting will be Thursday March 12 at 7:00pm
