Architectural Review Board:
No activity

Covenants Committee:
The family day care issue was discussed. Bill will contact Terry Simpson and ask him to draw up a letter advising the new Bramblewood homeowner they may have up to four day care children plus two of their own children. Terry Simpson had expressed confusion regarding the proper contact person he should be dealing with. The board decided Bill Boardman would be the person to interface with Terry Simpson for all legal issues.

Grounds Committee:
Sharon had E mailed the minutes of the meeting with the neighbors on High Meadow to everyone. Poison ivy has been burned and the trees were tagged. A follow up meeting is needed. Ken Burke will contact Elaine Mangiante and Beth Curtis to set up this meeting next week.

Old Business:
Rick Kasper will contact Floyd Keith to arrange for the football team to help out on Halloween night. He has the flashlights from last year for them to use.

New Business:
There was a discussion regarding the roles of the officers and the board of directors and what they can advise homeowners and potential homeowners on their own. Bill Boardman will draw up a list of “do’s and don'ts” to be discussed at the next meeting.

Narragansett Electric will be giving out packages to negotiate a deal for our neighborhood to buy our own electricity as of 1/1/00. Ken Burke will look into this arrangement.

Due to the Veterans holiday on the second Thursday of November, the next meeting will be Tuesday, November 9th at South Rd School.
